Did you know that you can mail a check at the end of the year? Your deduction is based on the postmark date. We encourage you to send a check three or four days before December 31 to be sure the Post Office places a December postmark. Even if the December postmarked envelope is not received by Baylor Scott & White Central Texas Foundation until after the new year, the IRS will allow you to take a deduction for this year. Thank you for your year-end gift!
